My name is Kieran Binchy and I am the Fine Gael candidate in the new enlarged Pembroke - South Dock Area for the May 2014 local elections. I have been the Fine Gael Councillor for the South East Inner City electoral area since 2011.
The new combined electoral area covers from the Liffey to Merrion Gates, from Portobello and Christchurch to Dublin Bay.
